Management of all aspects of membership activities, including but not limited to members’ subscriptions, handling membership inquiries, and assisting with membership onboarding to attain at least 85% retention rate and overall member satisfaction.

• Attend to prospective and existing GS1 Nigeria members II. Prompt response to members' inquiries across all communication channels; including but not limited to phone calls, online chats, and emails
• Verify members' registration; ensuring that forms of members are filled appropriately and all required documents are submitted
• Issue out GCP and GLN to members as at when due
• Build and maintain good relationships with members through regular checks, and update existing members' contact information on the appropriate platforms
• Send out renewal invoices for each month to existing members and proactively follow up on payment
• Resolve members' issues and complaints with minimal escalation and in a timely and professional manner
• Perform account reconciliation with the Admin/Finance department.
• Ensure that Old/existing members' product information is listed on the OneSource portal
• Use the GS1 Nigeria portal to upload Product images to each member GTINS
• Provide technical assistance for new members with product listing and product image upload on the GS1 Nigeria portal
• Collaborate with external partners, or affiliates to expand membership opportunities
• Attend SME exhibitions and trade fairs
• Regularly submit reports as required by your HOD

• Minimum of OND Certificate
• Broad industry knowledge and understanding of GS1 Nigeria standards and products.
• A clear understanding of the flow of the supply chain. Completion of projects as both a team and an individual.
• Creating contents that showcase our standards as an organization.
• Ability to interact with people in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, across all communication channels, or platforms.
