Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make strategic impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join a reputable and well-structured organization.

• Analyze business and people priorities within designated departments.

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to drive high performance.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with business units.

• Oversee performance appraisal systems that support growth and productivity.

• Identify training needs and monitor effective learning programs.

• Interpret and ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian labour laws.

• Design and execute welfare plans to enhance staff engagement and working conditions.

• A First Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience—preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Nigerian Employment & Labour Law.

• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage.
