We are a premium real estate development company in Lekki, Lagos and is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction. 

This role is perfect for a proactive and empathetic individual with a passion for real estate and customer care.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 
• Assist clients with property-related questions, directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary. 
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• ⁠Provide detailed information on available properties, company services, and upcoming projects. 
• Schedule and follow up on appointments, showings, and client meetings. 
• Support administrative duties, including updating client databases and tracking customer interactions.

• Minimum of 5 Proven experience in customer service in the Real Estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• A passion for delivering high-quality service and fostering positive client relationships.
• Presentable, good looking and neat with a good corporate dress sense.
