• B.Sc. or HND Graduate of Quanitity Surveying with minimum of Second Class Upper or Equivalent for HND - obtained through full time academic studies. 
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the building industry
• Must have working knowledge of Excel Sheet App, Architectural Software such as AutoCAD
• Must have working experience with taking measurements of buildings and spaces using Physical and Lazer Measuring Deices
• Highly cerebral, articulate, and highly Computer Literate with proficiency in Excel and Word Document. 
• Must be able to take measurements of Tall buildings with standard measuring devices and Laser measuring device.
