We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and help mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. The successful candidate will support data-driven decision-making and strengthen the organisation’s risk management framework.
Responsibilities
Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential risks across business operations.
Prepare clear risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
Monitor key risk indicators and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the development and continuous improvement of risk management processes and controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in risk analysis, compliance, or a related function.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with risk management tools or data analysis software.
Good understanding of risk frameworks and relevant Nigerian regulatory guidelines.
