To lead the operation, maintenance and performance of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring reliability, safety and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and related building systems.
Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical faults.
Supervise MEP technicians and contractors.
Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, HSE standards and statutory requirements.
Monitor energy and utility consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
Support installation, upgrade and replacement of MEP equipment.
Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance and inspection records.
Monitor contractor performance and service-level compliance.
Prepare periodic MEP performance and maintenance reports.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years' relevant MEP/facilities experience.
Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Good leadership, troubleshooting and contractor management skills.
