• To lead the maintenance, inspection and improvement of all civil, structural and building-related infrastructure, ensuring safety, functionality and quality.

 

• Lead inspection and maintenance of buildings, structures, roofs, floors, walls, doors, windows and external works.
•  Identify building defects and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
•  Supervise civil and building maintenance contractors.
• Ensure all works comply with approved specifications, standards and safety requirements.
•  Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
•  Support facility improvement, renovation and refurbishment projects.
•  Review technical drawings, work scopes and contractor quotations where required.
•  Maintain records of inspections, defects, repairs and completed works.
• Monitor project quality, cost and timelines.
• Prepare periodic reports on building and civil works.

 

• B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
•  5+ years' relevant experience, preferably in facilities or building management.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction and contractor supervision.
