• Monitor daily stock levels, receipts, sales, transfers, and returns.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, and expired products.
• Prepare inventory reports and highlight stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of products.
• Monitor stock expiry dates and minimise losses due to damage or expiration.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or losses
