• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
•  Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generator and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify defects or potential failures.
• Respond to technical breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise contractors and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
•  Maintain accurate maintenance, equipment and asset records.
• Monitor utilities and identify opportunities for cost and energy savings.
•  Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory and technical requirements.
•  Prepare periodic maintenance and engineering reports.
• Support facility projects, upgrades and equipment replacement initiatives.

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' relevant facilities/engineering experience.
•  Good knowledge of building services, maintenance and contractor management.
• CMMS knowledge is an advantage.
