• Builds an efficient MIS (Management Information System) system tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) spanning volumes, market share, sales force effectiveness and distributor coverage - Prepares monthly, weekly and quarterly sales forecasts feeding into supply chain demand planning
•  Analyses effectiveness of sales promotions and newly launched brands/packs - Conducts SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and sales productivity analysis 
• Conducts SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and sales productivity analysis 
• Tracks High Volume Outlets and identifies candidates for discount rationalisation  
• Tracks sales incentive programmes and reconciles stock reports 
• Drives adoption of SFA (Sales Force Automation) and DMS (Distributor Management System) across the region

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field from a recognised Nigerian university - MBA (Master of Business Administration) is an advantage - Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) (National Youth Service Corps) 
• 4-7 years of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience, with experience in a similar MIS (Management Information System)/sales automation role - Multi-organisation experience preferred, ideally within two to three leading FMCG organisations
