• Oversee the complete solvent extraction process, from raw material preparation through oil extraction and meal production.
•  Monitor plant performance, production output, oil yield, solvent recovery and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HSE and environmental standards.
•  Lead and supervise plant operators, technicians and other production personnel.
•  Coordinate preventive maintenance and promptly address equipment/process breakdowns.
• Monitor production costs, minimize losses and optimize consumption of solvent, energy and raw materials.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency and product quality.

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in solvent extraction, edible oil processing or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of solvent extraction processes, plant equipment, safety procedures and production management.
•  Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
