1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
2. 10+ years' experience in edible oil/vegetable oil refining, preferably soy oil processing.
3. Minimum of 5 years in a senior refinery/plant management role.
4. Strong knowledge of edible oil refining processes, production planning, quality control, and plant operations.
5. Experience managing production teams and driving operational efficiency.
