• Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in hotel, serviced apartment, hospitality, or related operations management.
• Strong leadership, people-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
