•  Oversee treasury management, liquidity planning, and relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
•  Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and the Board on major funding and financial decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team while establishing effective processes and controls.

• A minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, treasury, or a related field, with significant senior leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex financing transactions.
•  Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• -Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
