
The O&M Manager will oversee all operations and maintenance activities within the organization, ensuring the efficient management of facility systems, infrastructure, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering expertise, construction background, and business acumen to optimize processes, drive operations excellence and effectiveness, and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
* Oversee the day-to-day O&M operations of the facility, ensuring
compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
* Manage and maintain building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are operating
efficiently and within compliance standards
* Lead and motivate a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians and
support staff, ensuring consistent performance and development.
* Prepare and manage budgets for O&M activities, ensuring cost
control and resource optimization.
* Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or
related field).
* Certified IFMA and COREN engineer with demonstrated project
management experience in O&P Management will be preferred.
* 8–15 years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a strong
background in construction and engineering.
* Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office Suite.
