We are seeking a Verification Analyst to conduct and manage various verification checks including background, education, guarantor, address, and employment history. The role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of verification reports to support recruitment and compliance processes.
Conduct background checks (education, guarantors, addresses, employment history, etc.).
Review and validate submitted documents for authenticity and completeness.
Liaise with schools, guarantors, referees, and institutions to confirm information.
Prepare accurate and timely verification reports.
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
1–2 years’ experience in verification, background checks, or related role (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple verifications and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
