1.  3-5 years in retail banking, microfinance, or sales role with demonstrable deposit mobilization results.

2. HND/BSc in Business, Finance, Social Science or related field. 

3. Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills focused on deposit products. 

4. Proficiency with the bank’s core systems and Microsoft Office.
