We are looking for a talented and experienced Group Head, Sales - a self-driven, highly ambitious future business leader who will lead and deliver on our customer acquisition, retention and share of market growth ambitions. The Group Head Sales ensures that the entire sales function, comprising of Regional Managers and Senior Sales Managers (Corporate, SME & Retail) all work effectively and harmoniously to ensure the sales force productivity is at exceptionally high levels. Ultimately, this role is responsible for hitting annual targets, building and nurturing relationships, and understanding customer trends; enabling the business to keep growing profitably and maintaining its leadership position. He/she will be responsible for developing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and will manage all sales efforts across the company. This will include seeking out opportunities and building connections that opens doors and will further expand the sales team’s reach and selling capabilities. He/she also assists the sales force in the identification and resolution of bottlenecks, impediments and obstacles which may hinder their ability to recognize and optimize opportunities.
