Identify potential sales opportunities and explore new markets.
Maintain a structured business intelligence database to support lead identification and evaluation.
Develop and present proposals/quotations, actively prospecting and closing deals.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business and revenue targets.
Design and execute sales initiatives to increase market penetration and customer base.
Uphold the company’s brand reputation by acting in its best interest at all times.k
University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales-focused roles, preferably within property development or real estate.
