• Direct Reports: HR, Legal & Admin Officer.
• Align HR, Legal & Admin strategies with business goals
• Serve as legal adviser and board liaison
• Lead recruitment, onboarding & performance management
• Oversee training, compliance & employee relations
• Ensure legal and HR policy compliance
• Drive high performance & positive workplace culture

BL/LLB/HND/BSc in HR, Law or Social Sciences
5+ years' experience in HR/Legal
Microfinance Certification (Completed)
Proven leadership & administrative skills
Strong knowledge of Nigerian legal & HR systems
