We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our production equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and compliant with food safety standards.

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance in line with established schedules and checklists.

• Monitor and document equipment performance, reporting issues and recommended actions.

• Lubricate machinery per lubrication charts and maintain proper records.

• Inspect and ensure all safety sensors, reflectors, and controls are fully functional.

• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical panels and components.

• Ensure all machine frame structures, bolts, nuts, and fittings are secure and properly aligned.

• Promptly correct any reported faults and resolve operational malfunctions on designated machines during your shift.

• First Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Process Control & Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC hands-on experience in a structured FMCG (bottling) environment.

• Strong understanding of automation, electrical systems, and food production standards.
