We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Business Manager to oversee core operations, optimize team performance, and drive business development across key verticals. The ideal candidate will have deep insight into the Lagos real estate market and a proven ability to enhance brand visibility through corporate branding and digital positioning.

• Manage daily operations across departments and report directly to the CEO.

• Conduct market research and provide actionable insights into trends and opportunities in the Lagos real estate sector.

• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including realtor partnerships and investor engagement.

• Lead corporate branding initiatives to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.

• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement and visibility.

• Oversee performance tracking for ongoing projects and ensure accountability across teams.

• Work closely with Sales and Admin teams to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

• Represent Empire Homes Realty Ltd. at industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate or strategic business management, particularly within the Lagos market.

• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, buyer trends, and investment opportunities in Lagos.

• Proven expertise in corporate branding and digital marketing, including hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
