Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HR consulting industry.
Business Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of our business strategy, including identifying new markets, services, and partnerships.
Proposal and Pitch Development: Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to clients and prospects.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Performance Management: Meet and exceed sales targets, and manage sales performance metrics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
