Job Description

Oversight function on Business planning and Budgeting

Responsibilities
  • Research Identify leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver pitches for new opportunities
  • Business development strategy formulation
  • Engage the Research and Development team for product enhancement in response to market realities
  • Foster an enabling working environment for Business Development managers
  • Lead training sessions on sales channel management
Requirements
  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma
  • Minimum of two(15) sales lead generated monthly. Intelligent details must be available for these leads
  • Maintain an average of Twenty (30)quality leads at every point in time.
  • Total Target value is 1 Billion Naira Per annum.
  • Evaluate the contact method used in making the successful sales. To ensure all clients are visited at least once fort nightly.
  • 50% of sales target within the year must be met.
  • 30% of bookings within a year should be converted to signed or committed
  • 90% of all completed projects must be transited to support mode
