The purpose of Production Manager role is to oversee production operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters.

• Supervise and lead the injection molding team to ensure efficient production processes.
• Execute day-to-day Molding production operations to meet production requirement
• Manage inventory of raw materials to ensure optimal use of resources.
• Hold accountability for production output and quality
• Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
• Ensure good Housekeeping  in plant and to ensure up keeping of machinery
• Ensure adherence to quality and EHS system as per organization requirement.
• Budget preparation and adherence to same

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Technology
• 5-7 years Experience
• 2-4  years independently handling molding plant
• Executes for Excellent Results

• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate written or verbal instructions, policies and procedures
• Background in ISO and Kaizen
