• We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate with solid experience in the capital market to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships within the financial services sector.

•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the capital market space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients.
• •Promote the organisation’s products and services (equities, fixed income, advisory, etc.).
•   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.
•  Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
•  Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
•  Meet assigned revenue and business development targets.

 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Proven experience in business development within the capital market (brokerage, asset management, investment banking, or related areas).
• Strong understanding of Nigerian capital market products, regulations, and key stakeholders (SEC, NGX, etc.).
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
