To ensure proper receipt, storage, control and issuance of facility materials, spare parts, tools and consumables while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect materials, spare parts and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials based on approved requests.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
Ensure proper storage, labelling and protection of materials.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete and damaged items.
Maintain records of stock movement and usage.
Support procurement by providing accurate stock information.
Ensure compliance with store procedures, safety and security requirements.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND/OND in Supply Chain, Stores Management, Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years' relevant stores/inventory experience.
Good knowledge of inventory control and record keeping.
Computer/ERP skills required.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
