We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join a supermarket in Okeari. 

Candidates who live in or around Okeari and can easily commute to the location are strongly preferred.

 

• Attend to customers, answer questions, and assist them with their purchases.
• Recommend products and promote available offers to customers.
•  Process customer purchases and handle payments accurately.
• Arrange and restock products on shelves, ensuring proper display.
•  Check product prices, expiry dates, and stock availability.
• Keep the sales area clean, organised, and presentable.
•  Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
•  Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records and account for transactions.
• Work with other team members to ensure the smooth daily operation of the supermarket.

 

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
•  Previous experience in sales, retail, or supermarket operations is an added advantage.
•  Good communication and customer service skills.
•  Basic calculating skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
• Honest, punctual, organised, and attentive to details.
•  Must reside in Okeari or nearby areas, with easy access to the workplace.
