• Ensure compliance with laid down regulations and company policy as it relates to safety and environmental management.
• Oversee the procurement of genuine power plant spare parts and ensure that all spares, equipment and supplies are completed in accordance with the initial power plant operations within the approved budget.
• Conduct process capability assessments of new equipment and processes.
•  Coordinate the development and implementation of management plans for improvement of power plant performance.

• First degree or its equivalent in Engineering

• Professional certifications, such as COREN, NSE, IEEE, is required

• Minimum of 10 years technical experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level that includes operation and maintenance of power plant of 10MW above
