We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to lead our Renewable Energy Unit. The Acting Head will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as a market leader in renewable energy solutions.

• Develop and implement the Unit’s annual sales strategy and business plan to achieve growth targets.

• Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitability.

• Build and leverage strong relationships with key industry decision-makers and generate new business leads.

• Establish and manage sustainable partnerships with international development funding agencies.

• Align product and service transaction models (including PaaS) with evolving market requirements.

• Oversee site assessments and energy audits, proposing tailored behind-the-meter solutions.

• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and immediate response strategies.

• Collaborate across divisions to propose complementary strategies that strengthen the Group’s market position.

• Safeguard the company’s brand equity and act consistently in its best interests.

• Advanced degree with relevant professional certifications.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development roles with a strong track record of achievements.

• Superior technical expertise in the renewable energy industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Strong work ethic, with proven ability to deliver under pressure.

• Demonstrated success in high-end client engagement, networking, and closing deals.
